NBA East Match Up:Miami Heat vs. Cleveland CavaliersMarch 29, 2009 by Marc Jerbs

On Tuesday, the Cleveland Cavaliers plays the Miami Heat at Quicken Loans Arena in Cleveland, OH. This would be the 2nd time that All-Star forward Lebron James will visit his former team.

Lebron James and the Miami Heat first visit in Cleveland were full of drama and action. Lebron was serenaded chants of boos and obscene taunts during warm ups until the game ended. Lebron James answered back with 38 points to lead his new team to a 118-90 blowout win against his former team.

His second visit would be less fanfare and a little tamer Cleveland fans. Both James and the fans have move on and have accepted the fact its time to play professional basketball. The Miami Heat are currently on a five game winning streak. Wade, Lebron and Bosh are on a roll during the winning streak. The Big 3 have carried the Miami Heat on their backs while the bench players pinched in minor contributions.

The Cavaliers would definitely want to score an upset win against Lebron and his Miami Heat. However, it might be hard to accomplish with Anderson Varejao and Antawn Jamison sidelined with season ending injuries. It would be uphill battle for Daniel Gibson, JJ Hickson and Anthony Park to score a win against the Miami Heat.

The sportsbook handicappers have installed the Miami Heat with an overwhelming 13-point favorite to beat the Cleveland Cavaliers. The Cavs may be at the bottom in the NBA but they still have pride intact and may come out to score a huge upset on Tuesday night.
