The Glenmarie Golf & Country Club will host the 2nd edition of the EurAsia Cup from January 15 until 17. This is a co-sanctioned tournament by the Asian/European Tour.
It is a golf tournament between teams representing Europe and Asia. Each team will have field 10 players in a series of matches involving four-ball, foursomes and singles competition. Two years ago, in the inaugural EurAsia Cup title was shared between the two teams as the tournament ended tied at 10-10.
Jeev Milkha Singh will captain the Asian team together with Lian Wen-Chong, Byeonghun An, Kiradech Aphibarnrat, Wu Ashun, S.S.P Chawrasia, Shingo Katayama, K.T. Kim, Anirban Lahiri, Prayad Marksaeng and Jeunghun Wang.
The European team will be headed by veteran Darren Clarke. To complete his roster, he included Kristoffer Broberg, Victor Dubuisson, Ross Fisher, Matthew Fitzpatrick, Soren Kjeldsen, Shane Lowry, Ian Poulter, Andy Sullivan, Lee Westwood, Bernd Weisberger, Danny Willet and Chris Wood.
The sportsbook handicappers have installed the European Team to win the EurAsia Cup title on Sunday.
